For the UK counties of Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire or Leicestershire we now offer an emergency response service. Users of our rapid emergency response service in those counties may now rest assured that when they press their alarm button on either KoolTrax™ Ranger or KoolTrax™ Mobile, a trained professional will arrive within 20 minutes to help.
This works anytime of the day or night and is a much more capable system than existing systems that only work in a small area (for instance, the home). Because our systems know exactly where the person is, they can be anywhere in those counties .. at the shops, in the park, or at work (even driving) .. and if they get into difficulty, they can call for help with a single press of a button.

When you purchase our rapid response service, a member of our team will visit to assess your needs and to demonstrate how to use the service. We are also able to hold keys if you wish. All our response staff are first aid trained and licenced by the Security Industry Association (SIA).
In the event of help being requested, a report will be provided explaining what happened.
