We talk a lot on our website about top-down monitoring .. parents monitoring the location of their children , carers monitoring those with Alzheimers or learning difficulties in case of wandering , employers monitoring their employees , but for vulnerable people, those with anxiety and those in danger, it can really help to know that their support is close by.

For those, KoolTrax™ Handset is a mobile PDA that will show the location of carers or those tasked to protect. Each carer would have to carry a tracker , either KoolTrax™ Ranger or KoolTrax™ Mobile and could then be seen by the vulnerable person.

It would make sense also to put KoolTrax™ Mobile onto the vulnerable person's phone so the carers could see the vulnerable person's location too. Even, perhaps, if everyone has KoolTrax™ Handset and KoolTrax™ Mobile, then everyone can see everyone else's location.

A GPS tracker is a device that combines GPS (satnav) capability with a live link so it can broadcast its location.

Our trackers use the mobile phone network's GPRS channel to send data to our web server.

You can then use either our PC software to monitor one or more tracker's location (in real time), or use KoolTrax™ Handset to locate your trackers while you yourself are on the move.

We provide two types of tracker. A dedicated tracking device about the size of a thick wodge of credit cards, and, if you have a Windows Mobile 5+ PDA phone with GPS, you can download KoolTrax™ Mobile to turn that device into a GPS tracker.
